Why am I being charged an inquiry fee?

This fee covers the planning, researching, negotiating of your travel experience.
Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are refundable only when you purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance is always recommended to protect your investment.
Can I make my deposit if the rest of my group is not ready to?

All travelers on a reservation must make their deposit at the time of booking. Typically, quotes can be held for 3-5 days.
Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Payment plans are available for trips that are 45+ days away. Final payment dates will be shared within your quote.
